25th Anniversary Silver Soirée Gala

Funds raised through the 25th Anniversary Silver Soirée Gala will be used to improve KYS residential facilities, by providing structural, energy efficient, and cosmetic upgrades. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, several financial adjustments were made to accommodate academic distance learning needs. Some of the accommodations included purchasing student furniture, equipment, and learning materials. Along with increasing food cost for additional meals served during distance learning. Due to the statewide shutdown and youth confinement to group homes, program modifications resulted in major cost increase for repair and maintenance. Funds from the gala will help modernize KYS residential facilities as well as provide better living environments for the youth we serve.
